《曼克》領先！2021年奧斯卡提名名單揭曉！！
在疫情下，今年的奧斯卡頒獎禮延至4月尾才舉行，他們日前發放了提名名單。
第93屆奧斯卡金像獎頒獎禮將於香港時間4月26日早上舉行。今年獲得最多提名的電影是《曼克》(Mank)，共獲得十項提名，其中David Fincher相隔十年後再獲最佳導演提名。不過，電影於早前的金球獎和廣播影評人協會獎都獲得今屆最多提名，但最後分別只贏得零個和一個獎項，不知奧斯卡會否同樣是這樣的賽果呢？
今年，有六部電影分別獲得六項提名，它們分別是《爸爸可否不要老》(The Father)、”Judas and the Black Messiah”、《農情家園》(Minari)、《浪跡天地》(Nomadland)、《靜寂的鼓手》(Sound of Metal)和《芝加哥七人案：驚世審判》(The Trial of the Chicago 7)，它們全部都獲得奧斯卡最佳電影提名。筆者預料，今年奧斯卡或不會出現所謂的大贏家，相信賽果會比較平均。當中，早前在金球獎和廣播影評人協會獎贏得最佳電影的《浪跡天地》繼續以大熱姿態獲得最佳電影提名，導演趙婷更成為首位獲提名最佳導演的亞裔女導演。
至於演員組別的提名方面，Chadwick Boseman和Daniel Kaluuya分別獲得金球獎和廣播影評人協會獎最佳男主角和男配角，現在亦以大熱姿態獲奧斯卡提名。奧斯卡前幾年的演出獎項提名名單不時被批評以白人為主，因此在體制和會員名單裡作出了不少改革，今年的提名名單創下了不少歷史，包括：Steven Yeun成為首位獲提名最佳男主角的亞裔美國演員；Riz Ahmed成為首位獲提名最佳男主角的伊斯蘭教徒。至於最佳女主角方面，早前分別贏得金球獎和廣播影評人協會獎最佳女主角的Andra Day和Carey Mulligan同樣獲得提名，相信這組別的競爭有待之後的美國演員協會獎和英國BAFTA獎的賽果公佈後，才會變得明朗化。今年，Glenn Close憑《絕望者之歌》(Hillbilly Elegy)同時獲提名奧斯卡最佳女配角和金酸莓(Golden Raspberry)最差女配角，十分諷刺，這次亦是她第八次獲奧斯卡提名，看來也不會贏獎，繼續成為此項紀錄的在世保持者。
今年，有兩部與香港有關的電影獲奧斯卡提名：《不割席》(Do Not Split)獲最佳紀錄短片提名；《少年的你》獲最佳國際影片提名。其中，後者是自《霸王別姬》於1994年獲提名這獎項後，相隔27年再有香港電影獲提名。
